The most popular-selling hybrid model on the market today, the Toyota Prius is now entering its third-generation release with the 2010 model (Photo 1). Although it shares many of the same characteristics of the second-generation Prius, there are a few differences, most notably the option of purchasing the solar panel feature that powers a ventilation system to keep a closed vehicle cooler on a warm sunny day. Response concerns surrounding this new feature are addressed in this article as well.

Dash Lift EVO
Due to issues with vehicle construction and materials it is increasingly difficult to utilize the dash roll evolution. So, let’s change gears a bit and take a LIFT!
Tips:
* Make sure you crib under the lower “A” post area.
* If you use the fender hinge evolution in conjunction with the dash lift it will be much smoother & easier.

Simple Tension Buttress Stabilization – FE training minutes #6
The 6th and last clip for this season for Fire Engineering Training minutes. In this clip the crew stabilizes a vehicle on it’s side using Junkyard Dog struts and utilizing simple tension buttress methodology. Enjoy rescuers!
